WAIT UP. 
HOW IS THIS NOT A NORMAL THING. 
HOW DO YOU ALL NOT HAVE DIRT EVERYWHERE IN YOUR HOUSES. 

Wait, you mean to tell me Americans walk around their houses, in their living rooms and bedrooms, with the shoes on that they wear outside?  That is both unsanitary and perplexing.

I truly don’t get why you’d want to track dirt everywhere. it also makes it hilarious when I see american vacuum commercials where they’re all upset about their dirty carpets and all I can think is “just don’t wear you’re shoes indoors, kinda saves you from having to worry about apparently impressing your in-laws with a clean carpet”

I find it crazy when people tell me I can wear my shoes in their house. I have to take off my shoes the second I walk in the door, no matter what. I guess I’m just the weird exception?

what? this has to be fake. nobody wears shoes inside, that doesnt make sense.
